This usually means a number of meetings where we discuss your needs, your wants, and your budget, as well as establishing your color and fabric preferences. I take digital photographs of the windows, doors and other areas to be treated, and then begin the design process in consultation with you as to your preferences. You receive color renderings of the project, and, if you desire, fabric swatches, so that you can visualize what your completed window treatments will look like. Of course, you'll also receive a full estimate and timeline for completion. I accompany the installer to ensure that your project is completed to your full satisfaction.
